📝 Ingredients
25g rolled oats
1 ripe pear
3 heaped tbsp yogurt of your choice
1 handful optional berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries)
1 optional banana, sliced
💡 Porridge oats work just as well in this recipe.
👩🍳 Instructions
Put the oats into a small bowl or jar and cover with boiling water or freshly squeezed orange juice.
Leave to soak for a few minutes.
Peel the pear and grate it over the oats.
Add 3 heaped tablespoons of yogurt and stir well.
Top with berries or banana slices. You can also add ground cinnamon, mixed seeds or crushed nuts
ℹ️ Storage
Can be eaten straight away or kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
