📝 Ingredients

  • 25g rolled oats

  • 1 ripe pear

  • 3 heaped tbsp yogurt of your choice

  • 1 handful optional berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 optional banana, sliced

💡 Porridge oats work just as well in this recipe.

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Put the oats into a small bowl or jar and cover with boiling water or freshly squeezed orange juice.

  2. Leave to soak for a few minutes.

  3. Peel the pear and grate it over the oats.

  4. Add 3 heaped tablespoons of yogurt and stir well.

  5. Top with berries or banana slices. You can also add ground cinnamon, mixed seeds or crushed nuts 

ℹ️ Storage

  • Can be eaten straight away or kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
